Pharmercy Support was created from real experience inside pharmacy walls, not from a distance or theory. Over the past few years, the pharmacy industry has been under more pressure than ever. Between increasing workloads, tighter reimbursement rates, and staffing shortages, many pharmacies have found themselves trying to stay afloat instead of optimizing the opportunities in front of them. In that environment, even valuable services like MTMs can become difficult to maintain a consistent routine.
That reality is part of what led to the creation of Pharmercy Support.
My background in pharmacy started with becoming PTCB-certified in 2019, where I built a foundation in medication safety, pharmacy operations, and admin support. I then spent a year as a traveling technician, visiting different pharmacies to train new technicians in the area. Eventually I was running my own pharmacy, managing technicians, creating schedules, and taking care of all the non-clinical duties.
Since then, I’ve continued to grow within the field, earning MTM certification in 2026, as a stepping stone towards earning the CPhT-Adv credential.
What Pharmercy Support Does
We help pharmacies stay consistent with MTM-related workflows by supporting the work that often gets pushed aside during busy days. That includes identifying eligible opportunities, supporting the documentation process, and ensuring completed work doesn’t get lost before the submission window closes.
